1. Introduction
The Mayan Library Community is a cultural and educational initiative dedicated to the preservation, dissemination, and revitalization of ancestral and contemporary knowledge. Its mission is to reproduce and share texts from diverse authors, both ancient and modern, for educational and cultural, promotional and fundraising purposes. The project promote intercultural and international understanding, safeguard the wisdom of elders and our original cultures, support educational, social, commercial and cultural programs that sustain living traditions, and living archives like the Mayan Library. This document establishes the principles and practices governing the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data, as well as the conditions of use of this platform and its contents.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to all users, visitors, and participants of The Mayan Library Community and its digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, forms, and digital publications managed by the organization.
